IV. Inertia as the Enemy:
Breaking Through in Drawing
Inertia often creeps into my work, pushing me to repeat familiar steps. I counter this by questioning each decision and seeking inspiration from others’ techniques. Drawing, for me, is like a dance—an interplay of body and emotion. Travel experiences, like sketching Chiang Mai’s flowing streams with free, white lines, helped me reconnect with personal memories. Each drawing became an experiment, embracing failure as a source of discovery. By breaking free from habits, I found new ways to express myself.
